Ground bison is leaner than beef, lower in fat, and higher in protein. Because bison is leaner, it cooks faster. So, be careful and monitor while cooking. The low and slow method is great when cooking with bison. 

All packages are frozen and vacuum-sealed with 6 burger patties per package.
