Bison Tacos

INGREDIENTS:

Bison Filling

  • 1 pound Ground Bison
  • Canola Oil
  • Garlic seasoning
  • Taco Seasoning

Toppings

  • Tomatoes
  • Sour Cream
  • Lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Lime Juice
  • Cilantro Leaves
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Red Onion
  • Salsa Verde

Taco Shells

  • Hard or soft taco shells

STEPS FOR COOKING:

  • Cook Ground Bison in skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, or until brown
  • Once Ground Bison is brown, add taco seasoning and mix well
  • While the Ground Bison is cooking, prepare all of your toppings in their own separate bowls
  • Upon completion of the preparation stages, you are now ready to build your taco
  • Grab a taco shell (hard or soft) and start with adding your ground bison followed by your other desired toppings
