Bison Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS:
- 1lb ground bison
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Bison broth
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp Table salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/8 rounded tsp ground sage
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
STEPS FOR COOKING:
- Gently crumble your meat into a large bowl
- All of the remaining meatloaf ingredients can then be mixed in as well
- Make the glaze by mixing the ketchup, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar together
- Take a couple of tablespoons of the glaze and paint the bottom of your baking pan with it to prevent it from sticking
- The meatloaf is then set on a baking pan and formed into a loaf
- The remaining glaze is painted on top
- Bake your meatloaf at 350 degrees
- Bake the meatloaf for 40 minutes
