Bison Ribeye Steak

Bison ribeye steak is one of the richest cuts available. It is flavourful and delicious.  The bison ribeye is a juicy, tender steak that contains more marbling than other steaks, giving it an irresistible taste and making it a perfect fit for the grill. Its large size also makes a great choice for cutting up to use in salads, tacos, wraps, or other delicious steak dishes!

All packages are frozen and vacuum-sealed with 2-3 steaks per package

Cooking Methods:  Grill, Broil, or Pan-Broil

Great for grilling and slow roasting. Good for the BBQ or pan-frying. We recommend searing each side on high heat and letting rest for a few minutes after cooking. Best if cooked rare to medium-rare.
