Bison New York Strip Loin Steak

New York Strip steak is a popular choice among steakhouses and a delicious choice to cook for yourself in the comfort of your own home.  This tasty cut has a strip of fat along the side, making it the famous NY strip.  It is a very tender and lean steak with less marbling than other bison cuts.

All packages are frozen and vacuum-sealed with two steaks per pack.

Cooking Methods:  Grill, Broil, or Pan-Broil

Great for grilling and slow roasting. Good for the BBQ or pan-frying. We recommend searing each side on high heat and letting rest for a few minutes after cooking. Best if cooked rare or medium-rare.
