Ground Bison is leaner than Beef, lower in fat, and higher in protein. Because Bison is leaner, it cooks faster, so be sure to monitor closely while cooking. “low and slow” is a good reminder when cooking with bison.  Enjoy this delicious lean protein for a great summer barbeque meal.
